NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING & SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING: SUNDAY 15 FEBRUARY 2026

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

You are invited to join us at our AGM on 15 February 2026 where we will present our Annual Report and reflect on the progress over the past 12 months. 

The AGM will also include Updates from the Charitable Trust and Trading Trust.

Time: 10am

Where: Rangitihi Marae, Matatā

Note: Our auditors are currently in the process of preparing the financials for the year ended 30 June 2025. These, including the Trust's full Annual Report, will be available on our website prior to the AGM. We will email this to registered members as soon as it is available online, and print copies will also be available at the AGM. 

SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting will be followed immediately by a Special General Meeting of Te Mana o Ngāti Rangitihi Trust.

Purpose of the Special General Meeting:

•    To consider and, if thought fit, approve by Special Resolution proposed amendments to the Trust Deed arising from the Trust Deed Review process, as recommended by the Trustees, in accordance with the Trust Deed.

•    A presentation and update on the Matatā Wastewater project.
