The Te Arawa Whānau Ora Leadership Group have approved funding through the Whānau Integration, Innovation and Engagement Fund (WIIE Fund) to be managed by Te Mana o Ngāti Rangitihi Trust.

The total funding approved is five lots of NZ$5,000.

We are currently developing our Programme of Action with the following key objectives:

Ø  To foster the confidence and deliver the necessary support to ensure passionate Ngāti Rangitihi individuals are given the opportunity to develop initiatives which serve not only their whānau, but their iwi and the wider community.

Ø  To identify effective initiatives and individuals around which to build structure and support.

Ø  To provide the protection and support for Ngāti Rangitihi individuals and whanau to ‘emerge' in serving their iwi and their community.
