                                                                                                Te Arawa Games 2011

                                                                                                For three days over Easter Weekend 2011, Ngāti Rangitihi whānau competed in the Te Arawa Games across a huge range of sporting activities including waka ama, squash,  touch rugby, tennis, table tennis, volleyball, netball, golf, Ki-o-Rahi, hunting and a multi-relay. 

                                                                                                Thanks to the dedication, participation and hard work of all the volunteers, organisers, supporters and players, Ngāti Rangitihi were crowned the 2011 champions of the Te Arawa Games. It was an awesome weekend and everyone involved did a fantastic job of representing Ngāti Rangitihi and themselves.Scroll down to check our photos from the weekend plus videos and the full results from all games at the bottom of the page.
