Ever wondered what the world our kaumatua grew up in looked like? Ever wished you could see how Matatā looked in 1920 or 1950? Now you can thanks to our ongoing project to build a Ngāti Rangitihi photo archive.  Our mission is to collect as many historical photographs of Ngāti Rangitihi people and places as possible and store them right here where our rangatahi, whānau and pakeke can relive their history through pictures.
